Mercy Yard Sale
It’s finally going to happen, the Mercy Yard Sale!
Dates: Friday September 19, and Saturday September 20
Time: 7 AM – 2 PM Both Days
UPDATE - a generous parishioner has agreed to match all the profits raised at the Yard Sale allowing us to double the amount we raise for the Capital Campaign!
Two Options:
1. Bring your items we price, display, and sell. All funds go to the Capital Campaign building fund. All items not sold will be donated unless you specify & pick them up on Saturday at close of the sale.
2. Pay $25 for a 12’ x 12’ space. You are responsible to provide your own table(s) and awning. Donation to building fund is optional. Send check to Parish Office; indicate Yard Sale.
We need your resaleable stuff to make the sale a success!
Items to consider donating:
Kids toys
Games and books for all ages
Baby items
Indoor and Outdoor Games
Serving dishes for both meals and snacks
Hand Tools
Sports items like balls, bats and rackets
Holiday home and yard decorations (our sale is close to Halloween,
Thanksgiving and Christmas)
How about those nice gifts you purchased for someone special and yet you still have them? We will have a section for new gift items.
Baby clothes through Size 5
NO CLOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED EXCEPT WHAT IS LISTED ABOVE
All items should be clean and/or shiny, in good working condition to include all electrical items. We want our items to be screaming “BUY ME” just by their appearance.
Because we do not have storage space, we can only accept items during the week before the sale. Donation drop off times: Sep 15-18, 10am-2pm, and also Sep 17, 5:30-7:30pm. Classrooms will be used to separate and price items. There will be a sign in gathering area to direct you to the classroom being used.
