Faith Formation Registration

2026-2027 Registration will begin June 7 through July 12. Forms are available below and hard copies are available in the vestibule (gathering space) now. Everyone needs ONE family set and then one student copy per child. Any registrations that come in after July 12 will have to pay a late fee for shipping and handling. Have a nice summer.
