I accept the responsibility of seeing that all the occupants of my booth abide by the rules as set herein. I will not hold Mercy Parish or the Fest Committee responsible for the loss or damage to work, property or personal injury. I free the Fest Committee and Mercy Parish from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the Fest. Nor will I/we be part of any suit hereafter.
